Retail Made was created by commercial real estate professionals with hands-on experience leasing and merchandising retail properties. We keep the focus on the lessons rather than on ourselves, and that also lets us share candid insights from real deals while protecting the clients and properties involved.
Are the case studies real?

Yes. Our case studies are based on real leasing situations, but names, locations, square footage, and other identifying details are changed to protect everyone involved.
COURSES AND DOWNLOADS
do I need expertise to take a course?

Not at all. Our 101 courses start with the fundamentals, and more advanced material builds from there. Each course description lists its level so you can choose the right starting point.
what format are the courses in?

All of our courses come as beautifully designed, downloadable PDF guides. They're easy to read on your computer, tablet, or phone, and you can print them to keep on your desk, mark up with notes, or bring along to a property tour.
how long do i have access after i buy?

When you purchases a course, you are sent a download link. Your order is automatically fulfilled. The download link expires 24 hours after the purchase. If you click on an expired link, we'll send you a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase. Once you purchase a course, it's yours to keep! Download it, save it, and come back to it whenever you need a refresher.
Can I share my course with a colleague or post it online?

Our courses are licensed for the personal use of the person who purchased them. Please don't share, forward, upload, or post them publicly, whether in group chats, shared drives, social media, or file-sharing sites. If a colleague would benefit, send them our way, and if your whole team is interested, reach out about team pricing.

Because our courses are digital downloads you keep forever, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds. If you run into a technical problem, like a file that won't open or a duplicate charge, reach out through our contact page and we'll make it right.
How do I access my purchases?
